Disasters actually result from three (3) types or combinations of incidents, caused by: Natural or cataclysmic events (e.g., earthquakes, fires, floods and storms); Backup Services include: · Initial consultation, what data is important to you? · An IT technician visit to your office or via remote access once per month · Verification and notification about whether your backups are running and any problems. · Fixing any issues that are presently preventing your backups from running properly · A restore test of your backed up data to ensure that recovery of data is possible from the backups being run. You will receive a digital report each month detailing issues, concerns, details of what is being backed up and results of our testing with recommendations for correcting any issues. This is a monthly service and is intended to put your mind at ease. Service prices are dependent upon the type of backup operations being performed and services utilized.
